SUU License Plates Pay for Scholarships

Alumni, students and supporters looking to make a difference in the lives of Southern Utah University students and show school spirit can purchase SUU license plates to fund scholarships for current and incoming Thunderbirds.
All proceeds from the yearly purchase of this license plate will go towards funding student scholarships, making higher education more accessible. Purchasing an SUU license plate also comes with free parking on-campus, not including housing parking lots.
“I am grateful to the people who have made it possible for me to receive the scholarship,” says Alexis McIff, one recipient of the SUU License Plate scholarship. “I don't think that people understand how much of an impact their generosity can have on people, and I hope they know it is always appreciated.”
Those interested in purchasing an SUU license plate can pick one up from any Utah DMV in person or online.
“Every time I drive down the road and see another SUU license plate, I feel like honking my horn and waving as if I've found an old friend,” said SUU Alumni President Caytee Wankier. “We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to support SUU and make a difference in the lives of students, and we invite you to join us in supporting our Thunderbirds!”
