Global Studies Minor
Welcome to SUU’s Global Studies program! With employers in many fields seeking to hire graduates with global perspectives and competencies, it’s now more important than ever for SUU students to be globally engaged. Those who earn a minor in Global Studies will be able to demonstrate to future employers that they can interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, understand how globalization affects and is affected by people from all corners of the world, and are able to solve problems in unfamiliar environments. The Global Studies program fosters these skills while also promoting interdisciplinary learning through courses in the humanities, social sciences, business, and geosciences. Adding a minor in Global Studies to your major will expand your world, enhance your resume, and enrich your life.
