Director and Vice Chairman of People’s Utah Bancorp. Previously, Dale served for 16 years as CEO. He was also previously president and chairman, and has been a board member and chairman of
the Utah Banker’s Association. Before his banking career, Dale was president and board member of Alpine First Thrift and Gunther’s Comfort Air. Dale is a former American Fork City councilman.

Huffington Post. She is currently serving on 15 Boards. Prior to founding REES Capital, Amy was CEO of MediConnect Global, a company she grew and sold in 2012 for over $377 million. After selling MediConnect, she founded the IPOP Foundation, a charity focused on promoting entrepreneurship as a pathway to self-reliance.

Clyde Companies is the parent company of Sunroc, Geneva Rock, and Beehive Insurance. He also serves as a Member of the Board for the Utah State Board of Regents. He previously served as Chairman of the Utah Manufacturers Association, and President of the Utah Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.
