Teams must qualify for the Championship at a FTC Utah Qualifier to participate in the FTC Utah Championship.

FTC Team Member Season

If you have not completed the Prior to your first FTC Utah event, participants (team members and coach/mentors) and/or parents/guardians must read and sign the COVID-19 Health and Safety Requirements, Release of Liability, and the Media Release Statement

If you have already submitted the Acknowledgment this season, you do not need to complete this task again.
