If you feel that you have been assessed a late fee in error, you may appeal. Appeals should be filed within ten working days from the date the fee was charged to your account. Appeals received after thirty days may not be considered.
All appeals must be submitted online using the appeal form. Once the appeal is received it will be forwarded to the Controller’s Office. Appeals will be reviewed weekly. Walk-in and/or telephone appeals will not be accepted.
ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES MUST BE PAID BEFORE AN APPEAL WILL BE CONSIDERED!
